Pet health plan provider Premier Vet Alliance (PVA) has appointed Paul Hardwick as global head of Digital. Paul, PVA says, brings over 20 years of expertise in developing scalable marketing and technology platforms within the veterinary sector and his background includes pioneering digital transformations, enhancing client acquisition and retention, and fostering innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of veterinary practices. He previously worked at MWI and IVC Evidensia.
The appointment follows the recent roll-out of PVA’s app, Vet2Pet, which it says “enhances client communication and significantly boosts pet health plan adoption and retention within veterinary practices”.
Paul, whose role at PVA will focus on integrating advanced digital tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement, comments: “My extensive experience within the veterinary sector has given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by veterinary practices and the needs of pet owners. I am looking forward to leveraging this knowledge to increase PVA’s reach and engagement with veterinary practices and optimise the use of digital tools to ultimately improve patient care and welfare.”
