THE Veterinary Marketing Association has opened entries for the Vet Practice Marketing Award, a category within the 2026 Veterinary Marketing Awards – and entry is free for all veterinary practices.
Open to individual veterinary practices - either independent or part of a corporate/buying group - the award celebrates the most initiative and/or innovation in the marketing of its products and/or services to its end users.
This could include advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing, social media, or events such as open days.

Will Peel, chair of the VMA, says: “Veterinary practices are often at the heart of their communities, and we want to celebrate the many and varied ways they connect with their clients.
“Whether it’s a creative social campaign, a well-executed website launch, or a memorable local event, this award shines a spotlight on the incredible marketing talent that exists within practices of all sizes.”
The winning practice will be recognised at the Veterinary Marketing Awards 2026, taking place on Friday, March 27 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
The event, hosted by La Voix, promises to be full of connection, inspiration and celebration across the animal health marketing community.
Practices entering the Practice Marketing Award will benefit from the opportunity to:
Gain recognition from peers and industry leaders
Showcase their creativity and community engagement
Benchmark their marketing activity against the very best in the sector
Inspire their teams and enhance their practice profile
Entries are now open, with the final submission deadline of 16 January 2026.
Mr Peel added: “This is a fantastic opportunity for practices to share the great work they do every day in connecting with clients and building trust through creative marketing.
“We encourage every practice - large or small - to enter and be part of this year’s celebration of fabulous animal health marketing.”
In addition to the Practice Marketing Award, the 2026 Veterinary Marketing Awards feature a wide range of categories recognising excellence across the full spectrum of animal health marketing.
These include the prestigious New Marketing Talent Award, celebrating emerging professionals making a significant impact early in their careers, as well as categories covering digital innovation, brand development, campaigns, design, and communication strategy.
