Working Feedback joins forces with MWI Animal Health Buying Group

WORKING Feedback, the client feedback and reputation platform, has been approved as a member benefit partner within the MWI Animal Health Buying Group.

The partnership gives Buying Group members access to an improved member offer and an easier route to strengthen trust, reputation and online visibility.

With pet owners increasingly researching practices online, and as the sector is under greater focus on transparency and client communication, practices are looking for practical ways to demonstrate service quality, capture concerns early and build a consistent online profile without adding further administrative burden.

How Working Feedback helps practices

  • Collect structured feedback after appointments via SMS, email or QR codes.

  • Turn positive experiences into stronger online credibility, including increased Google reviews and dynamic website review content.

  • Spot issues early and act on recurring themes (e.g., communication, waiting times, expectations and perceived value) before they escalate into public negative reviews or complaints.

Through the MWI Animal Health Buying Group, practices can start with a low-friction trial to experience the impact quickly, supported by UK based onboarding, moderation and ongoing support.

Ross Turner, commercial director, MWI Animal Health, said: "MWI Animal Health Buying Group is focused on helping veterinary practices save time, reduce costs and access services that add real value.

"Working Feedback supports that by helping practices capture meaningful client insight, strengthen trust and build a more consistent online reputation in a way that’s practical for busy teams."

Philip Molden, director, Working Feedback, said: "We’re delighted to be partnering with MWI Animal Health through the Buying Group.

"For veterinary practices, trust is everything and this makes it simpler for members to capture consistent feedback, build a stronger online presence and use insight to continually improve the client experience."
